Hoofdstad Brasserie recently launched their new ‘Alex Invites’ campaign. Led by the head chef, Alex Haupt, the restaurant is hosting creative chefs from all over the world in their new guest chef program.
In September restaurant guests got to sample the best of Thai cuisine by Thai chef Piak from Black Ginger Puket. This month, the spotlight is on chef Joachim Jaud, executive sous chef from Opus V (*) in Mannheim.
Jaud brings us Austrian cuisine with a twist. Dishes on the menu include langoustine with radish and nori and slow-cooked salmon with one of the creamiest potato mash ever!
Not heading to Mannheim any time soon? Get a taste of Joachim Jaud’s dishes at Hoofdstad Brasserie. The Hoofdstad Brasserie x Joachim Jaud collaboration menu will be served for two weeks!
