Hey you, I thought it was time for another personal post on the blog!

I’ve got loads of posts to work through and I’m trying to catch up on everything by posting a blog every weekday. I thought it was going to be too ambitious but I managed to put out something every day this week (I hope you liked it)!

I’ve been blogging for some time now and while at the beginning my idea of how my blog should be wasn’t that clear, it is taking form more and more and I’m loving the creative direction I’ve taken in my more recent posts. That’s what I love about blogging and what no social media app can do for me at the moment – on the blog I have the freedom to create my own editorial-style magazine. The time when only printed media had the talent and money to produce stunning imagery and editorial work is over. Blogs are doing the same and I’ve even seen bloggers produce even better work. And as a blogger, seeing this development and being part of it makes me proud. A decade ago it was only possible in print – now we have all the freedom in the world to create our own world. In the end, we all just want to produce inspiring content, whether it’s in print or online.

Bloggers may have a reputation of being absolute undeserving divas – and don’t get me wrong, they’re out there, plenty! But there’s also a handful of bloggers who are passionate about creating and who aren’t afraid of being different. The real #girlbosses if you ask me (you know who you are)! There’s a sea of ever-growing bloggers out there and I don’t plan on becoming part of the masses.

Whatever you do in life, be different, be you. Follow your own path.

Anyway, happy weekend girls!
