Rosewood Beijing is home to six sophisticated restaurants. One of them being Bistro B,
helmed by Chef Jarrod Verbiak, a former protege of chef Daniel Boulud. The contemporary
yet casual bistro with wine bar features interactive kitchens and chefs from across the globe
serving a seasonally changing menu of contemporary French-Mediterranean favourites and
authentic Chinese comfort dishes.
In the morning however, Bistro B is where breakfast is served. From continental breakfast
dishes to Chinese dim sum, congee and noodle soups, Bistro B serves all you could crave in the morning!
I always say that a good day starts with a proper breakfast. And during my stay at Rosewood
Beijing, breakfast definitely left me satisfied. I am well aware that I’m publishing this post on a
Monday morning. Early birds, are you hungry yet?
